Detailed thoughts on AirTurn QUAD 500

My recent purchase was the AirTurn QUAD 500, along with a gooseneck extension for my mic stand. The ordering process was straightforward; I found the product pages clear and informative. Shipping took about a week to get to me, which is pretty standard. When it arrived, everything was packed securely with no damage. Setting up the QUAD 500 was simple, it paired with my iPad Pro in seconds. I've used it extensively for sheet music in ForScore and for controlling Ableton Live Lite, and the switches are responsive without being overly sensitive. The gooseneck extension attached easily to my existing mic stand and holds the tablet steadily, even with vigorous playing. I had a question about firmware updates, and their support page had a clear, concise guide. No need to contact them directly, which I appreciate.

BT500S-2 works well

Bought a BT500S-2. It paired easily. Works with my tablet. Delivered fast. No issues.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This isn't my first order from AirTurn. I've bought their PEDpro before and needed another one, plus a couple of side mount clamps. Their reliability is why I keep coming back. The new PEDpro works just as flawlessly as my old one, and the clamps are solid. Everything arrived on time, just like my previous orders. It's good to know I can count on them for consistent product quality and delivery without any surprises.

Decent experience, minor shipping delay

I ordered the AirTurn DUO 500 and a universal tablet mount. The ordering process on the site was smooth enough, and everything was in stock. The items arrived well-packaged, and the pedal itself feels sturdy. The mount holds my tablet securely. My only small gripe was shipping took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a little slow for something purchased online. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, it's a solid setup for the price.

Got my foot pedal, it's good

Needed a foot pedal for my music stuff so I grabbed the AirTurn BT500S-4. It came pretty quick, like within a few days. Setup was easy, just turned it on and my phone found it. Works fine with my music apps. No complaints, it does what it's supposed to do.
